i used to play the first one alot, so did razor and rookie2 iirc, theres nowt quite like opening up with the apaches 30mm and watching little bits of rag head go flying everywhere.. its gonna look even better in all its full FLIR glory on the new one

i'll be picking it up on friday..

damn my stone age pc, damn it to hell

Just been in Grainger Games in Bishop Auckland and the guy reckons it'll not be out this week but has been put back till end of the month (cue CoD: MW2 sales killer pitch)

no mention of a delay on the operation flashpoint forum and Game, play.com etc are all still listing friday as release, its meant to be out in the US today so if it has been put back i'd assume they'd have announced it before now, unless the yanks are still getting it today and we have to wait....

aparently the multi player is only 4v4, dont know how big the co op is but 4v4 has killed its prospects for me. and im so pleased i didnt go straight to metro from work today to get it.

I am deffo getting it for my pc , love mil sims.
also have arma 2 too lol

Right - ordered the PC version from Play for the old man. I'll give it a whirl before i give him it to see what it's like on my machine. May end up getting it for the PS3 it my machine isnt up to it.

I think what your missing here is that each player can control 3 NPC's (eg. as if you were playing the game in singleplayer), that makes it 16 vs 16. Apparently as well, playing it co-op with 3 other mates totally rocks the boat. I'm going to pick it up (gotta be better than WET...spits!!)
