Hmmm Firesupport

Its a nightmare using different suppliers, check in here to see what others thought of the service they recieved

NSCairsoft: does not have an preferred supplier, and will not vouch for people, things said in here are simply what the local airsofter think of the service received.

Hmmm Firesupport

Have just had an email argument with Firesupport over vat. Only ordered a small something but the tax they added worked out at around 20%, and they charged VAT on the delivery fee. Not sure they should do that. Surely VAT has already been charged on it.

There bull shit explanation was that due to weak dollar pound ratio they have had to put there prices up 30-40%

He also said they are getting a new webby so I reckon they cant be *swear warning* to change everything before a new launch.

Used to be a favourite of mine. Not so sure now. Hmmmmmm

strange as most parts are made in china that the dollar is effecting the price. last time i checked the yen was still going strong, and most other retailers are dropping price, wonder if fire support used to sell milk in the wall street crash era.

yeah i think the sellers bit used to be on on the old forum and never got transferred back over.

Rang him again and he has said the postage liekly will not be £5.00 as it is a light item. Guilty for swapping VAT reduction for a price increase? me thinks so.

Place an order for 1 pack of 2 madbull hop rubber which cost £10 +£5p&p a few day's went by and nothing turned up and because i had payed £5 for postage i got abit annoyed as it should have arriived first class next day.
I gave them a call and the guy stuggled to find the paper work but he could see the order on the computer, he then told me he would reduce the postage cost as it was only a small item,The order arrived this morning which was good as i need it for sunday ,a little annoyed as he had not reduced the postage like he said he would.
I later logged into my online banking to check some payment's had gone out and how much was left and to my suprize i've got buonced payment all over the place ,FIRESUPPORT HAVE CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME THING and all the direct debit's that should have been paid were not as their was not enough left in the bank to cover them and as soon as the fist bounced the bank charged me and took the money straight out and then the rest bounced .
The bank is charging £15 for each bounced db and nobody at firesupport will answer the phone .
The shit really is going to hit the fan on monday morning as soon as these toosas pick up the phone they really need to kiss *swear warning* good because i am on the brink of driving their and setting fire to the place with them in it .like all british retailer's at the moment they are only interested about taking your money and not giving a *swear warning* once they have it .
