Have NSC somewhere in your logo, doesnt have to be massive(see broken halo logo) (others are getting changed as we speak to include this)

Have a flag 5ft
pole = 5 ft
flag = 30 cm by 30cm

more may get added as needed, team numbers may be able to rise if all teams get full and enough regular members are availabe.
