Zero One

Its a nightmare using different suppliers, check in here to see what others thought of the service they recieved

NSCairsoft: does not have an preferred supplier, and will not vouch for people, things said in here are simply what the local airsofter think of the service received.

Now I've always defended Z1 and had nothing but good service from them but after browsing their site this evening I fail to see how they can justify this...

They seem to have put the price up across the board on their ICS range £80 (between approx 30 - 40%). An ICS M16A3 used to be £220 now it's £300 my M4 RAS is now £340 L85 £360 ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !. I understand the falling strength of the pound and can justify in my head the 10-15% increase on most other guns but not the 40% increase on ICS, they're made in Taiwan F.F.S not some secluded monastary by Blind monks with their paint licked on by cute fluffy kittens.

Now I love my ICS guns and I'd always highly recomend them but I won't be getting any more from Z1, clones or importing all the way from now I think.

China up 20% in price and the falling pound 20% maybe?

Still a bit crap though.

I got some money for xmas and tried to order a TM Tac Master via the website but it wasn't taking orders...

Imagine my surprise when the website came back online in January and the gun had gone from £80 to £100....so it's not just ICS stuff. On the other hand, like Sneak said, I've had nothing but peerless service from them so I'll probably stick by them for now. It does stick in your graw however.. :(

I'm not sure if this is old news as I don't order from Zero One but it seems that they are also trading under a site called Soldier Stuff (http://www.soldierstuff.co.uk/).

Jam placed an order to get some stuff here quick and the receipt came through from Zero One.

i had a little shopping list made up before christmas, and when i logged on in january for the sale (yes im tite and wait for sales :P lol) they had put some of the prices up above what they previously were and were advertising the sale price as the previous price beore christmas...

wasnt on all items i must say, but it did discourage me. ive just gone on to look at getting a new vsr and the price has gone up considerably from what it was.
