4x4 off roading near stanley

Postby muckymick on Tue Oct 06, 2009 5:20 pm

After buying the isuzu trooper i was looking forward to doing a bit off roading in it, turns out their is a place in stanley that run event's so i went along to see what it was like.

as you can see we were not very good at it at first (nobody told me i had to lock the front hub's in order to make the 4 wheel drive work :? )but once we got the hang of it we had a great day charging up and down muddy hill's and sploging through puddles.
the site is open the first sunday of every month and as long as it is not a game day at nsc i think i'll go back and have a play ,any body who has a 4x4 or would like to tag along is welcome as long as you can be met on the way their or be picked up near where i live in jarrow.
