Systema M100 normally does the trick. Run at approx 330fps to 345fps in my guns and I normally go a good year before I need to change them.

Tried a few (3) of the element M105's and they have good power but seem really brittle as they all snapped within a month of putting them in the Gun.

I used to always use Hurricane M100's as they always got me bang on the site limit but just lately they have been putting me well over last one crono'd at 410fps in my M4.

M100 on most brands should get you close to the site limit M120 will take you well over it. M110 would probably be ideal but I've not seen any of those (except for the PTW) in ages.

Firesupport, Z1, and all the other usual suspects.
